In Pay Attention for Fall Prevention classes, you will discover four techniques to cultivate mindfulness and enhance your awareness of the here and now:

  • body scan meditation

FOR INDIVIDUALS: REMOTE:

  • Four weeks of learning and practice.

  • On Zoom in the comfort of your home.

  • Each 30-minute class includes live guided practice and is followed by a Q/A session.

  • Four-week Zoom: Regularly $80 per person -- Half-price special for May and June -- $40 for readers of my April/May 2025 article in Cobb Life magazine.

FOR INDIVIDUALS: IN PERSON:

  • ​Get a fall prevention class and consultation in your home for $150.

FOR FACILITIES:

  • Learn the basic four techniques and more, including mindful walking.

  • Build new awareness habits in a group setting.

  • Receive ongoing support from fellow staff and residents in practicing your new skills together.

  • Power up your company's safety culture while reducing everyone's stress with proven mindfulness techniques.

  • Eight-week in-person with Zoom recordings: $800 per institution.

  • Twelve-week in-person with Zoom recordings and materials: $1,200 per institution.
